Athlete Performance Class

Our Athlete Performance Classes are great for those athletes looking to take their games to that next level. Classes consist of strength training, speed, agility, mobility, flexibility, and injury prevention. You can find class schedule on our mobile app "Athlete Headquarters" which can be downloaded from the app store! 

12 Month membership: $100/Month

6 Month Membership: $150/Month

Month to Month Membership: $250/Month

 

Personal Training

Looking for training in a more private setting? We have an answer for that! Choose from a handful of our top notch trainers to work with one on one. Sessions last between 30-45 minutes. 

10 Sessions: $550.00

20 Sessions: $750.00

(Small group private lessons also available!)

 

Sport specific skill development

Amongst Athlete Headquarters training options is our sports specific skills development training. We provide athletes with the opportunity to improve their sport specific skill sets with our monthly performance groups. If you are interested in learning more about our basketball performance, volleyball performance, lacrosse performance, and baseball performance get in touch with us today!
